Shipping Policy

Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Non-business days are not counted in delivery times.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be prioritized for processing on the next business day.
Orders placed before 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time will generally ship within 1-2 business days for in-stock items.
Out-of-stock items will be shipped as soon as they become available, using your preferred shipping method.
Delivery times depend on product availability and transportation within the continental United States (48 states). Delivery to rural areas, Alaska, and Hawaii may take longer.
Drop-ship orders will be sent directly from the manufacturer.

3-5 day ground service is available.
Free shipping is not provided to Alaska and Hawaii.
We only ship to the credit card billing address or verified alternative delivery addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Free ground shipping is available only for orders over $99.00 AND weighing less than 10 lbs, within the continental U.S. (48 states).
Orders exceeding 10 lbs will be subject to standard shipping charges, regardless of order amount.
Customers may upgrade to 3-day, 2-day, or 1-day delivery services for an additional fee.
If you return purchased items, the shipping cost (including free shipping offers) will be deducted from your refund or credit.

We will make every effort to cancel your order before shipment. Once the package has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
